Submission PolicyAny unpublished works, including but not limited to essays, testimonials, photos, that are sent to Danstar Productions for inclusion on its site or any future media, become the sole property of Danstar Productions or its assigns, into perpetuity. Furthermore, anyone who submits an unpublished work to Danstar must be able to warrant that the property is theirs, or that they have the legal permission to submit their material to Danstar. Danstar will assume that all material submitted to it is thus legally submitted, as outlined above, and Danstar shall not be held liable for any omissions on the part of third parties in regards to the legalities of their submission.
